why pin needles though? whats in them that makes it the best to use

they aren’t the best, it just shows that combined with resin nearly anything with a bit of rigidity will work in a pinch

I think Dereck has been smoking a few too many pine needles. That’s the worst ding repair I have ever seen. You had glass and resin there why oh why use pine needles.
