With respect to john peck into to meditation and it’s benefits is akin to being a non-surfer and asking someone to show you how to surf. Whereupon you get shown a clip of jordy smith or dane reynolds doing an outrageous ariel manouvre and some clips of gerry’s tuberiding at pipe and laird out towing into massive jaws or chaupes! Thrilling, but completely inappropriate. The prctices here are the result of years/decades of self-restraint and yoga/meditation practice. I’m with craig (above) go seek training first. Then (after afew years) try the Uddiyana bandha technique.

Baru, I think you’ve missed the inspiration that a video like this can provide for someone like me that is just beginning to learn about meditation. John, Many thanks.

The contents of this video were randemly edited from a session I shared with a rep from Korduroy, and not neccesarily in proper sequence or intended to do anything more than, possibly, inspire anyone to Higher Consciousness Practices, of which there are many. My practices are the sum total of my experiences and follow no set tradition. For anyone serious about learning to meditate like Jesus, Krishna, Babaji, and many other Truely Realized Divinities, may I suggest begining with the Kriya Yoga lessons offered by the SRF brought to the Americas by Paramahansa Yogananda. Then expand inward/outward from there. Mahalo.. JP Aum

I was checking out one of john”s boards the other day
and was struck by the obvious clarity of the board
aesthetically – not even commenting on the shaping aspects.
The more I listen to john and see of him, the more
that board starts to remind me of him.
I’m starting to like this guy.
The next time I see one of his boards – i’m going to
REALLY look at it.
aloha john……..
