New Jersey filmmaker Tom Contarino just rolled out his new series of short documentaries, "This Is", profiling motivated and inspired individuals who pursue happiness on their own terms. The first installment profiles Glide Surf Co. owner Phil Browne who gives a quick glimpse into a day in the life on Normandy Beach, NJ as well as his take on the surf scene in Jersey.
