Behind water, tea is the most widely consumed drink on the planet. Tea, which is actually dried leaves of the camellia sinensis plant, has many advantageous health benefits including high amounts of amino acids and antioxidants, and contains far less caffeine then coffee or most soft drinks. It also does wonders for balancing the body which in turn helps your heart by keeping your blood flowing and immune system strong.
In this episode of Health Nuts, Taylor Drye takes us on a journey through a Chinese tea ceremony called Gongfu while sharing his strong appreciation and knowledge of tea.
